Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Verification Vulture, a service that allows a Discord account holder to link one or more TikTok accounts to their Discord account. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service and must meet the applicable age and account requirements of Discord and TikTok. You may only authenticate or link accounts that you are authorised to access.

2. What the service does

Verification Vulture uses OAuth-based authentication to identify your Discord account and TikTok accounts you choose to link. One Discord account may have multiple TikTok accounts linked to it. A TikTok account may be associated with only one Discord account within Verification Vulture at a time.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your Discord and TikTok accounts secure. You must not interfere with another user's session, impersonate another person, manipulate OAuth requests, bypass linking rules, or access data you are not authorised to access.

4. Linked and disabled accounts

You may disable an active TikTok link. Disabling removes it from active use but does not necessarily erase the historical record. Verification Vulture may retain identifiers, timestamps, and status as an audit and security record.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not link an account you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent account ownership.
• Do not circumvent technical limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Do not probe, attack, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Verification Vulture integrates with independent services including Discord and TikTok. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform changes, or abuse prevention.

8. Suspension and termination

We may revoke sessions, disable links, or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Verification Vulture's own branding, site design, software, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Discord and TikTok and their respective trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free, or unaffected by changes made by third-party platforms.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops or legal and platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
